• This is a 3 layer soft shell fabric made from 94% Polyester & 6% Spandex making the outer layer wind proof and water resistance.


• The inner layer is a 100% polyester micro polar fleece providing warmth and excellent breath ability.


• The jacket can be worn as a complete jacket or the sleeves can be removed so that it can be worn as a Vest.


• This jacket is warm and breath able at the same time.


• 2 inch reflective stripes for increased visibility.


• The Cuffs can be tightened and loosened with the hook and loop closures.
