This is a 3 layer soft shell fabric made from 94% Polyester & 6% Spandex making the outer layer wind proof and water resistance. The inner layer is a 100% polyester micro polar fleece providing warmth and excellent breath ability. The jacket can be worn as a complete jacket or the sleeves can be removed so that it can be worn as a Vest. This jacket is warm and breath able at the same time. 2 inch reflective stripes for increased visibility. The Cuffs can be tightened and loosened with the hook and loop closures.
